An Interview with Samuel Browd, MD, PhD

Samuel Browd, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery and acts as an attending neurosurgeon at Seattle Children’s Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and the University of Washington Medical Center.

Dr. Browd specializes in pediatric neurosurgery, specifically with children who have hydrocephalus, brain & spinal cord tumors, pediatric cervical spine, spina bifida, chiari malformations, and spacticity. An Interview with Franck Kalume, PhD

Franck Kalume, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery is a Principal Investigator at Seattle Children’s Research Institute’s Center for Integrative Brain Research.

Dr. Kalume investigates a form of epilepsy called Dravet Syndrome, as well as the mechanism that allows the ketogenic high-fat diet to suppress seizures.
